About a dozen nonprofit leaders and coaches commit each year to a 12-month, renewable partnership. Each devotes 4-8 hours or more per month to the work of capacity building.
Nonprofit leaders, coaches and InterSector staff engage skilled volunteers to support implementation of the capacity roadmap.
